The Yuzu tree is native to Asia, and integral to Japanese culture and cuisine. The tree takes 10 years to bear fruit, and its skin is thick and rough, in either yellow or green. Its oil is an essential luxury for any home apothecary.

A monoterpene-rich oi. it’s high in D-Limonene, which is known to have antioxidant properties, preventing cell damage and boosting the immune system. It can reduce stress, low mood, anxiety and inflammation. This oil blends wonderfully with any other citrus, as well as many woods and flowers. But you may find it so lovely that you prefer to simply use it on its own!
